REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Presently, we do not accept returns or exchanges from any of our international customers. Please note and be advised that all international sales are final.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES FOR LOCAL CUSTOMERS (BASED ONLY IN PAKISTAN)

Presently, we do not accept returns or refunds from any of our Local Customers/ Pakistan based customers. Please note and be advised that all sales are final.

However, we do allow our Local Customers/ Pakistan based customers to exchange the item(s) they have purchased within 2 weeks of any/all such purchase(s) and provided that all such item(s) are returned in their original condition. By agreeing to use this website, its policies and the Exchange Policy offered herein, you agree that Naeem Carpets (Pvt.) Ltd. shall at all times be vested with the sole and exclusive right to determine if the item you seek to exchange has been returned to Naeem Carpets (Pvt.) Ltd. in its original condition.

Please note that any item purchased may only be exchanged with an item having equal value.

In case you wish to exchange any item purchased with an item having greater value, you will at all times remain liable to pay to Naeem Carpets (Pvt.) Ltd. any/all differential amount(s) in value(s) as maybe specified and informed to you by Naeem Carpets (Pvt.) Ltd.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement.

Exchanges/Replacements do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all exchanges must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel or change your order at the same time as you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it and/or update from ‘Shopping Cart’. But once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you to change or cancel it. Once the order is shipped, please refer to Return/Exchange policy.
